Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin sliced chicken breast (approximately 46 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, basil, or cilantro)

Instructions

  • Pat the thin sliced chicken breast pieces dry with paper towels and allow to come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
