Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef

  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
