Description

These Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs are the perfect low-carb, high-fat snack to keep you energized while staying in ketosis. They are rich, creamy, and chocolatey, made with healthy fats, sugar-free chocolate, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for curbing cravings without breaking your diet!


Ingredients

  • Coconut oil – Adds a smooth texture and provides quick energy.
  • Butter or ghee – For a rich, creamy consistency.
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – Pure chocolate flavor with zero sugar.
  • Dark chocolate (85% or higher) – Low-carb, high-antioxidant goodness.
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips – For extra creaminess.
  • Natural sweetener (Erythritol, Stevia, or Monk fruit) – Keeps it keto-friendly.
  • Vanilla extract – Enhances the chocolate flavor.
  • Optional mix-ins: Crushed nuts, shredded coconut, instant coffee, cinnamon, or cayenne pepper.

Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the fats: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt coconut oil and butter together. Stir until fully liquid.
2️⃣ Mix in chocolate: Add unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar-free chocolate chips, whisking until completely smooth.
